After operation, promptly remove sand and debris from the comb teeth and screens. When rinsing the equipment, prevent water from entering the engine, electrical system, and hydraulic components.
- Inspect track tension, hydraulic oil filters, and engine air filters according to the intervals specified in the manual, and replace worn parts promptly.
- For long-term storage, move the equipment to a dry, ventilated area and elevate the tracks off the ground to prevent corrosion.
- If abnormal noise, vibration, or hydraulic leakage is detected, stop the machine immediately for inspection; do not operate the equipment with faults.
- During maintenance, cut off the power supply and release hydraulic system pressure to prevent accidental startup of the equipment.
Equipped with a rubber track design, it features a large contact area that effectively reduces pressure on soft sandy beaches, preventing sinking and enabling stable travel across complex terrains such as sand and wetlands.
The tracks provide strong grip and agile turning, allowing efficient operation even on sandy beaches with steep slopes, making it more suitable for beach environments than wheeled equipment.
The front-end cleaning device, with a comb-tooth and screen structure, can penetrate deep into the sand layer (typically 10–15 cm), accurately separating debris from sand and removing various buried contaminants such as cigarette butts, plastic fragments, shells, and seaweed.
With a high cleaning efficiency of approximately 1,500–3,000 square meters per hour, it significantly reduces manual labor intensity and is ideal for large-scale beach maintenance.
The screening process also loosens the sand layer, allowing sunlight and air to penetrate, which aids in drying and sterilization, thereby improving beach hygiene.
It is a multi-purpose machine: in addition to beach cleaning, the front bulldozer attachment can be used for leveling sand, removing standing water, or pushing away large debris, while the rear cleaning module can be fitted with different screens as needed.
With strong power and relatively fuel-efficient performance, the durable tracks reduce equipment maintenance costs, delivering higher cost-effectiveness over long-term use.
The screen design preserves the original sand quality to the greatest extent, preventing excessive sand excavation that could damage beach ecosystems. Meanwhile, the debris collection hopper can be hydraulically lifted for dumping, minimizing secondary pollution.
It exerts low compaction on the sand during operation, protecting the beach's natural structure and its resident small organisms.
Equipped with a front comb-tooth and screen structure, the machine can penetrate 10–15 cm deep into the sand layer, accurately separating and collecting buried debris such as cigarette butts, plastic fragments, shells, seaweed, and dead branches, while also removing surface contaminants like oil stains and foam.
The screening process filters out fine impurities, reducing the residual contaminants on the sand surface and improving the overall cleanliness of the beach.
