4USJ-1200 Stone Picker

This 1.2m-wide trailed stone picker (Model 4USJ-1.2) is a tractor-towed land-clearing machine, designed to efficiently collect stones, debris, and clods from soil. It features an adjustable working depth (100–350mm), a 0.7m³ capacity collection box, and a durable chain conveyor system that separates and transports stones to the storage bin. Compatible with tractors of 90HP and above, it is ideal for medium-to-small scale land preparation tasks to improve soil usability and operational efficiency.

1. Before operation, inspect the tractor hitch, hydraulic connections, and chain conveyor for damage or loose components.
2. Adjust the working depth according to soil conditions; avoid exceeding 350mm to prevent excessive resistance or equipment damage.
3. Do not operate on rocky, concrete, or asphalt surfaces to protect the chain and digging components from wear or breakage.
4. Empty the collection box promptly when full to avoid overloading and maintain stable traction.
5. After use, clean soil and debris from the conveyor and collection box, and lubricate the chain and bearings to prevent rust.
6. Secure the machine with a safety pin during transportation to avoid shifting or collision.
