HANDSOMER 800 self-propelled Walk Behind Reciprocating Vibrating Screen Beach Cleaner

The HANDSOMER 800 walk-behind beach cleaner is a self-propelled gasoline-powered sand cleaning machine designed for manual operation on sandy ground. It adopts a reciprocating carbon steel vibrating screen structure connected by linkage rods to separate sand from various debris efficiently.

Three optional cleaning working widths are available: 80cm, 100cm and 110cm, with an adjustable working depth ranging from 0cm to 6cm to fit different sand layer cleaning demands. The machine is equipped with a leveling dragging plate and roller regulated handwheel to keep the cleaning surface flat and stable during operation. A 54L large-capacity garbage bucket collects filtered shells, plastic waste, stones and other beach litter for centralized disposal.

1. Service Life & Efficiency Limitation: The carbon steel reciprocating vibrating screen has relatively lower screening efficiency and shorter service life compared with rotary screen beach cleaners; regular inspection and replacement of screen plates are required.
2. Pre-operation Inspection: Check engine oil, fuel quantity, connecting rod fasteners and vibrating screen tightness before starting each time to prevent loose parts during vibration work.
3. Working Depth Control: Do not set the working depth over 6cm, excessive depth will cause screen blockage and increase engine load.
4. Terrain Restriction: Avoid operation on hard ground with large exposed stones or muddy sticky sand, which will damage the vibrating screen and front roller.
5. Post-use Maintenance: Clean all sand and garbage residues on the vibrating screen, garbage bucket and frame after each work shift; remove sediment to prevent screen hole blockage and steel rust.
6. Storage Requirement: Store the machine in a dry ventilated warehouse when not in use for a long time; coat the carbon steel vibrating screen with anti-rust oil to extend service life.
7. Operation Safety: Operators must hold the handrail steadily during high-speed movement; do not stand in front of the cleaning roller to avoid collision injuries.
8. Load Limit: Do not overload the garbage bucket, excess debris will affect the vibration screening effect and increase machine wear.
