Recently, all units of the custom TFY1002 100HP tracked tractor and HANDSOMER 1600 beach cleaner tailor-made for our Singapore client have finished assembly, commissioning and full quality inspection with all performance parameters meeting standards. All machines have completed packaging procedures and will be transported to Guangzhou Nansha Port for shipment to Singapore shortly.
This tracked tractor adapts to complex muddy terrains including coastal zones, beaches and orchards. Equipped with a Weinei / Laidong diesel engine, the machine weighs 2000kg with a full hydraulic drive system, reaching a maximum travel speed of 20km/h and working efficiency of 6–8 mu per hour. Multiple hydraulic output connectors are reserved to fit dozens of farm implements such as bulldozer blades, rear backhoe arms, harrows and seeders. Its 350×90×56mm rubber tracks deliver low ground pressure to avoid sinking on soft sandy ground, perfectly matching the working conditions of Singapore’s coastal sites.
Matched to tractors, this 1600-series beach cleaning machine features a 1600mm cleaning width with adjustable cleaning depth from 0 to 220mm. It covers a cleaning area of 18,000–25,000 square meters per hour, equipped with a 700L large-capacity waste bin to sift plastic waste, stones, shells and other debris from sand efficiently. The whole frame adopts hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment to resist saltwater corrosion in coastal environments, with dual-group hydraulic output compatible with tractors of 60–90 horsepower. Original tires are specially designed for sandy beach conditions. The machine’s net weight is 830kg, packed with export-standard composite packaging consisting of wood base, cartons and iron frames for reliable moisture-proof and rust-proof protection during long-distance ocean transportation.
The order also includes Model B-3.1 rake with a 3000mm working width and 60 durable spring tines, connected via three-point hitch linkage and suitable for 40–80HP power units. It can complete beach leveling and debris collection simultaneously to meet the client’s one-stop demands for farm work and beach maintenance.
All equipment has passed full-range factory inspection. The export packaging solution adopts a wood base as the bottom support, carton protection for key components and outer iron frame reinforcement, covered with industrial dustproof and waterproof film to prevent dampness and collision damage during sea freight. The total packaged weight of the beach cleaner is 850KG (excluding tractor) with a packing volume of 9.5 cubic meters, and all machines come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
The complete set of equipment will arrive at Guangzhou Port in the near future for customs clearance and container loading before sailing to Singapore, supporting local coastal scenic spot sand maintenance and coastal agricultural development operations.
